\n PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES:\u2022\tGood knowledge of customs procedures, instructions and applicable legislation\u2022\tConsolidate the planning related to shipments and customs clearance of goods\u2022\tLiaise with customers, freight forwarder and other stake holders to ensure efficient operations and cargo deliveries\u2022\tLiaise effectively with government agencies to secure relevant certificates or permits. \u2022\tEnsure appropriate and correct shipping documents are obtained from the suppliers, freight forwarders, airlines, appointed pre-shipment inspection agents, etc.\u2022\tPrepare and process of exports documents such as invoices, customs declaration and certificates etc.\u2022\tEnsure that all export\/import activities and shipping documentation are transacted and updated\u2022\tEnsure consistent record keeping of customs documents, notices, regulatory documents and documentations of other third partiesREQUIRED EXPERIENCE:\u2022\t1 – 3 years\u2019 experience in logistics or both import\/export-related role\u2022\tAbility to work under pressure and tight deadline\u2022\tMust have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.\u2022\tAble to work independently and meticulously.<\/p>\n
