\n Summary of RoleAs a Service Charge Analyst, you will need to ensure that costs are being incurred under the correct expense cost and raise accruals and prepayments to show a true and fair view of the expenditure. You may be called upon to carry out other ad hoc assignments.Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities\u00b7\tEnsure that all expenses are posted under the correct expense code for the financial year under review and raise accruals and queries for any missing expenditures\u00b7\tReview all ad hoc invoices to be accounted for in the financial year\u00b7\tRun reports to identify potential duplicate payments and review sample invoices by reference to source documents\u00b7\tReconcile purchase order reports\u00b7\tPerform minor audit work as per the client\u2019s requests such as invoice testing, material transactions, duplicated entries & outside date range invoices\u00b7\tPerform a variance analysis between the budgeted and actual expenditures\u00b7\tHandle queries of property managers\u00b7\tMake adjustments in the accounting system such as accruals, prepayments and transfers\u00b7\tUnderstand the company policies, procedures and ethics\u00b7\tDeliver project reports and measure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)\u00b7\tAdhere to General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and data protection Job requirementsQualification and Experience\u00b7\tMinimum School Certificate (SC) with Accounting at O Level\u00b7\tProfessional qualifications (ACCA\/ACA) would be an advantage\u00b7\t0-1 years’ working experience would be an advantageSkills\u00b7\tGood organizational and time management skills\u00b7\tGood analytical and problem-solving skills\u00b7\tAttention to details and result oriented\u00b7\tGood interpersonal skills\u00b7\tGood communication skills (both written and verbal)\u00b7\tStrong commitment to professional client service excellence\u00b7\tTeam player with the ability to maintain a healthy relationship with both peers and clients\u00b7\tHave a proactive mindset\u00b7\tBasic knowledge of MS office (Excel & Outlook) and Service charge accounting software.\u00b7\tKnowledge of service charge accounting processes\u00b7\tKnowledge of minor audit testing such as material transactions, duplicates and transactions outside date rangeHours of Work\u00b7\t08:30 to 17:00 from Monday to Friday.\u00b7\tCandidate should be able to work outside office hours, if required.<\/p>\n
