\n Job SummaryTo serve customers by providing basic product and service information; assisting client in using all MUA digital tools and ensure total customer satisfaction at all times.Main ResponsibilitiesTo achieve the set sales objective by: -Proposing Basic General Insurance products according to client\u2019s needs.Forwarding Insurance leads to Relationship Executives for complex Insurance products and all leads that cannot be done online or web or App.\u00a0Proposing all benefits and digital solutions that will help adopt the latest technology proposed by the company.\u00a0Attend to Client\u2019s request in a timely manner.Guide client in using digital tools and deliver the necessary documents when needed.Assist in the understanding of insurance contract terms and conditions.To operate as cashier of the Kiosk (card and digital payment only).To keep all records up to date in respect of any task allocated by the Branch Manager.\u00a0Job Requirements\u00a0HSC\u00a0Certificate in Insurance will be a definite advantage.A minimum of 2 years of experience of relevant experience\u00a0Strong analytical, programming and communication skills.\u00a0Result-oriented and committed to meeting deadlines.Good attitude and able to work in a team\u00a0The company reserves the right to call only the best qualified candidates for the selection exercises.
