\n Key Responsibilities\u2022 Assist in the development and implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance programs \u2022 Plan, schedule, and monitor corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime \u2022 Supervise maintenance works carried out on critical equipment such as conveyors, compressors, electrical systems, and automation equipment \u2022 Diagnose equipment faults and implement effective technical solutions in a timely manner \u2022 Support troubleshooting of PLC-controlled systems and automated production equipment \u2022 Coordinate with production teams to ensure maintenance activities align with operational requirements \u2022 Ensure all maintenance works are executed in compliance with safety regulations and company procedures \u2022 Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency \u2022 Participate in root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement corrective actions \u2022 Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and technical documentation \u2022 Assist in managing spare parts inventory and liaise with suppliers when required \u2022 Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new machinery and equipment \u2022 Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing maintenance processes and reducing operational costsQualification & Experience\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering \u2022 3 to 7 years of experience in industrial maintenance \u2022 Experience working with automated systems, motors, variable speed drives, and PLC-controlled equipment \u2022 Exposure to heavy industry or manufacturing environments will be a strong advantageTechnical Competencies\u2022 Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance principles \u2022 Familiarity with industrial automation and control systems \u2022 Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices \u2022 Proficiency in troubleshooting industrial equipment faultsBehavioral Competencies\u2022 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills \u2022 Good planning and organizational abilities \u2022 Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines \u2022 Effective communication and teamwork skills \u2022 Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail<\/p>\n
