\n Overview of the Role In this role, you will support the daily operations of the golf facilities by ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for guests across the course, driving range, and practice areas.This role will be based in Moka.Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist golfers throughout their visit, providing clear information on facilities, services, and course rulesManage check-in procedures and support tee time coordination to ensure smooth operationsAssist with the day-to-day operations of the driving range, including ball collection and maintaining cleanlinessEnsure practice areas (putting and chipping areas) are properly set up and maintainedMonitor the pace of play and communicate with relevant teams to ensure a positive guest experienceEnsure golf carts are clean, well-maintained, and ready for use at all timesReport any equipment issues or maintenance needs promptlySupport the pro shop with basic assistance when required (customer queries, stock, etc.)Assist in the preparation and coordination of golf events and tournamentsFollow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe environment for guests and team membersIdeal Candidate Profile Interest or basic knowledge of golf is an advantagePrevious experience in hospitality, sports, or outdoor operations preferredStrong customer service and communication skillsComfortable working outdoors and performing physical tasks<\/p>\n
