Reporting to the General Manager, the HR Coordinator supports HR operations across all business units, including recruitment and onboarding, payroll support, employee welfare, and employee relations.

\n Responsibilities\u2022 Process payroll by liaising with all HODs to receive the overtime sheet\/Attendancesheet as per deadline\u00a0\u2022 Maintain records of employee data on HRIS and physical files\u00a0\u2022 Attend to recruitment needs and onboarding process (posting job adverts, sourcingcandidates, performing background checks)\u2022 Verification and follow up on employee benefits like medical insurance and pension\u00a0\u2022 Follow up on leaves management (sick leave, annual leave, vacation leave amongothers)\u2022 Monitor the performance appraisal process and issuance of KPI\u00a0\u2022 Coordinate training sessions, team building and seminars\u00a0\u2022 Keep track of probationary period of new joiners\u2022 Organise welfare activities such as employee of the month, birthday of the month,EOY among others.\u2022 Update of job description as and when required.\u2022 Assist in the recruitment of expatriates\u00a0\u2022 Attend employee grievances as and when required\u2022 Handle disciplinary issues such as drafting of warning letters and disciplinarycommittee\u00a0\u2022 Draft and update new HR SOPs and implementation of same as and when required\u2022 Ensure that new hire attend the induction and same is recorded\u2022 Ensure proper filing of documents\u2022 Assist in the TNA process and to submit documents for the G1 and G3 applicationon the HRDC platform\u00a0\u2022 Keep a database for all training conducted with all details.\u2022 Provide input to the General Manager in the preparation of the HR budget\u00a0\u2022 Ensure confidentiality when dealing with sensitive manners\u2022 Comply with the HR policies\u00a0Note: Any other assignments as may be delegated by the General Manager\/Group HRExecutive.\u00a0Education and QualificationsDegree in Human Resources Management or Management with specialization in HR. \u00a0\u00a0Skills and Competencies\u2022 Self-driven\u2022 Proficient in HRIS platforms, including Vipertex and Sicorax\u2022 Logical thinker\u2022 High levels of initiative\u2022 Reliable, trustworthy, and supportive team member\u2022 Good knowledge of labour legislations\u2022 Ability to handle employee relations\u2022 Excellent verbal and written communication skills\u2022 Excellent organizational skills and attention to details\u2022 Working understanding of human resources principles, practices, and procedures\u2022 Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines\u2022 Ability to function well in a high- paced and at times challenging environment\u2022 Proficient with Microsoft Office suite\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0Relevant ExperienceAt least 3 years\u2019 experience in a similar position<\/p>\n
