\n Intern- IT Support\u00a0\u00a0Summary of role\u00a0The IT Intern is responsible for\u00a0managing routine service requests and incidents, coordinating with other IT teams to resolve issues, and making sure all assigned training is completed as per the standardized training schedule.\u00a0\u202f\u00a0Roles and Responsibilities\u202f\u202f\u00a0Provide support and management of incidents and service requests according to established IT Support processes and\u00a0procedure.\u00a0Ensure\u00a0accurate\u00a0recording of client and\u00a0incidents\u00a0details and troubleshooting progress.\u00a0Resolve incidents and service requests, sometimes using automated or standardized and documented resolution processes.\u00a0Escalate incidents and service requests to higher support levels or specialist support teams\u00a0in accordance with\u00a0established IT Support Processes.\u00a0Identify\u00a0potential issues and act on these\u00a0in accordance with\u00a0the established IT Support processes.\u00a0Serve as an escalation point for incidents and service requests raised as an application champion for an assigned suite of line of business services.\u00a0Maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries, take ownership of user\u00a0problems\u00a0and be proactive when dealing with user\u00a0issue.\u00a0Adhere to GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and Data Protection Act\u202f\u202f\u202f\u00a0Ensure project reports and SLA& KPI (Key Performance Indicators) are updated.\u202f\u202f\u202f\u00a0Adhere to all Risk & Compliance procedures in line with company and the client’s expectations.\u202f\u202f\u202f\u202f\u00a0Escalate issues to reporting line as and when\u00a0required.\u202f\u00a0Deliver ad hoc tasks related to the process.\u202f\u00a0\u202f\u00a0Qualification & Experience\u00a0\u202f\u00a0HSC qualifications with at least a certificate in IT, CompTIA, or Azure with 0-6 months of work experience in IT Support\u00a0\u00a0Skills\u202f\u202f\u00a0Professional qualifications desirable (CCNA \/ MCP \/ AZ900 \/ AZ104)\u00a0Fundamental knowledge of the ITIL framework and or\/other IT Service Management methodologies\u00a0Basic Knowledge in Active Directory, Microsoft Operating Systems, Backup Technologies\u00a0Basic Knowledge of\u00a0maintaining\u00a0Windows Workstations & Office 365 environments, LAN, and WAN.\u00a0Conversant with Office 365\u202f\u202f\u00a0Time management skills\u00a0Good IT troubleshooting skills\u00a0Customer Focused and Quality Oriented\u00a0Good communication\u202f\u202f\u00a0Effectively\u00a0demonstrates\u00a0teamwork, problem solving,\u00a0demonstrates\u00a0the ability to quickly\u00a0acquire\u00a0knowledge in the support of applications and services.\u00a0Excellent English language\u00a0proficiency\u00a0<\/p>\n
