We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Odoo Software Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain Odoo ERP solutions aligned with our business operations.

\n The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Odoo framework development, a good understanding of business processes (especially inventory, accounting, and sales), and the ability to translate operational needs into efficient digital solutions.Key Responsibilities1.\u2060 \u2060Odoo Development & CustomizationDevelop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules (Community and\/or Enterprise).Build new features and enhance existing functionalities based on business requirements.Customize core Odoo modules such as:SalesInventoryAccountingPurchaseManufacturing (MRP)Develop custom reports using QWeb and other reporting tools.2.\u2060 \u2060System IntegrationIntegrate Odoo with third-party systems (e.g., POS, e-commerce, payment gateways, logistics systems).Develop and maintain APIs for internal and external system communication.Ensure data consistency across systems.3.\u2060 \u2060Database & Performance OptimizationOptimize PostgreSQL queries and database performance.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot bottlenecks.Ensure scalability and reliability of the ERP system.4.\u2060 \u2060Business Process SupportWork closely with management and operational teams to understand workflows.Translate business needs into technical solutions.Recommend improvements to existing processes using Odoo capabilities.5.\u2060 \u2060Testing & DeploymentConduct unit testing and debugging of developed features.Manage module deployment, updates, and version control.Ensure smooth migration between Odoo versions when required.6.\u2060 \u2060Maintenance & SupportProvide technical support and troubleshooting for Odoo users.Fix bugs and ensure system stability.Maintain proper documentation of developments and configurations.Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical SkillsStrong experience with Odoo development (v12\u2013v17+)Proficiency in:Python (core language for Odoo)PostgreSQLXML, HTML, CSSJavaScript (OWL framework is a plus)Experience with:Odoo ORMQWeb reportsOdoo API integrationsFamiliarity with Git or other version control systemsFunctional Knowledge (Highly Preferred)Understanding of ERP workflows:Inventory & supply chainAccounting principlesSales & CRMManufacturing processesExperience in trading, retail, or manufacturing environments is a strong advantage.Soft SkillsStrong problem-solving and analytical thinkingAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksGood communication skills (technical + non-technical stakeholders)Attention to detail and structured approach to developmentExperience2\u20135+ years of experience in Odoo development (or equivalent ERP development)Proven track record of completed Odoo projects or implementationsEducationBachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field(or equivalent practical experience)Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Timely delivery of development tasksSystem uptime and performanceReduction of manual processes through automationUser satisfaction and issue resolution timeQuality and maintainability of codeNice-to-HaveExperience with Odoo.sh or cloud deploymentsKnowledge of Docker \/ DevOps practicesExperience in multi-company or multi-currency environmentsExposure to business analytics and reporting tools<\/p>\n
