Hapag-Lloyd is a financially stable company and is publicly listed on the Frankfurt, Germanystock exchange.This open position shall be on a permanent contract basis.\u00a0Qualifications and Technical Job Requirements:Fresh Graduate in Business Management \/ Hospitality Management \/ Marketing \/ related Customer Service Degree or graduates with up to 2 years of experienceA Certification in the related customer field would be an added advantage.Communication skills, conflict resolution, problem solving and decision-making would be value added benefit.Intermediate to advanced level skill in MS Excel, Word & MS AccessExcellent command of written and spoken English\u00a0and French\u00a0As an organization, we provide a robust training program.
