\n Job description:\u2022 Responsible for sourcing, screening and selection of candidates.\u2022 Responsible to provide the candidate, a basic information about the job and MPH and request in return all information needed for the initial contact\u2022 Handle all communications with the candidate during the screening process and will schedule further interviews if required with the Account Manager.\u2022 Responsible to maintain an exhaustive candidate\u2019s database.\u2022 Responsible to look for ways to maximize the effectiveness of the current job portals, sourcing processes and reporting systems in place.\u2022 The sourcing specialist will assist the Account Manager, Operations Director and the Business Development team with the suitable profiles matching the requirements.\u2022 Provide necessary inputs to the MIS reports generated by the Account Manager.\u2022 Proactively research and evaluate new sourcing and research ideas and methods to create innovative sourcing strategies.\u2022 Format the resumes to MPH standard format.\u2022 Responsible to realize the complete sourcing process.\u2022 Engage in regular networking with the candidates to update the database on a regular basis.\u2022 Responsible to update and adhere to the KPI\u2019s on a monthly basis to meet the requirements of Business Development & Operations.\u00a0Profile description:\u2022 Degree or Masters , Diploma in Human Resource Management is a plus\u2022 Minimum one year of Recruitment Experience is mandatory\u2022 Proactive with good time management Skills\u2022 Proficient in MS Outlook, Word & Excel<\/p>\n
