\n Main Duties & ResponsibilitiesTerminal EfficiencyEnsure\u00a0minimum downtime\u00a0of all Plants, Palletizer & Blender by leading and supervising preventive and corrective maintenancePlan, verify, and optimize\u00a0Preventive Maintenance Schedules (weekly and monthly)Supervise installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of\u00a0electrical and control equipmentLead diagnosis and resolution of\u00a0complex faults\u00a0on PLCs, SCADA, and automation systemsEnsure all maintenance tasks are completed\u00a0on time and to required standardsCoordinate maintenance activities according to\u00a0plant availability and prioritiesEnsure strict compliance with\u00a0HERA \/ HECP and safety procedures\u00a0before any interventionOversee maintenance of\u00a0Administrative Blocks, Sales Office, Mess Rooms & YardSupport and guide production teams, including during\u00a0night shifts when requiredMonitor and improve\u00a0electrical consumption (kWh, kVAh) and power factorEnsure\u00a0accuracy and calibration\u00a0of packers, weighing systems, and control equipmentStock ManagementMonitor and validate\u00a0minimum stock levels of spare parts\u00a0and initiate reorderingEnsure availability of\u00a0critical spares\u00a0for efficient maintenance interventionParticipate in identifying and defining\u00a0critical equipment sparesEnsure proper availability and condition of\u00a0tools and workshop equipmentSupervision & ControlSupervise and allocate tasks to electricians and ensure\u00a0quality of workProvide technical guidance and support to the teamEnsure adherence to\u00a0safety, procedures, and company standardsReport on maintenance activities, breakdowns, and performance issuesQualifications and ExperienceHolder of a Secondary School CertificateHolder of a\u00a0Brevet de Technicien (BT) in Electrical\/Electrotechnics\u00a0or equivalent qualificationMinimum\u00a05 years\u2019 experience\u00a0in a related field, including supervisory exposure<\/p>\n
