We are looking for a People Operations Specialist to join our Team in the Leisure Cluster!

\n Overview of the Role:In this role, you will assist the Senior People Operations Manager in the day-to-day running of the HR function and support management in achieving set goals and objectives as per standards.Main Responsibilities:Direct and control his team members to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained and carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.Operate HR systems with a view to effectively monitor, improve or maintain people performance.Analyse problems within legal and company parameters.Attend to employees grievances.Assist and Advise GM\/RM\/HOD on HR matters.Participate in the recruitment and selection process.Conduct exit and return to work interview.Able to prepare the monthly, quarterly and Year-end reports.Prepare the yearly budget and do the follow up on a monthly basis.Monitor the procurement of uniforms\/accessories as per budget.Liaise with Payroll Team for payroll purposes.Prepare and update statistics and other HR reports, monitor KPI and communicate relevant information.Coordinate transport of all team members with transport provider and sort out all TM transport issues.Managing expatriate recruits.Ready to travel to different business units in the center and in the south of the island.Candidate\u2019s Profile:Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field preferredExperience in HR Reporting, Budgeting and Payroll processes.Good knowledge in expatriate managementStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Tools.High attention to detail and integrity.Able to work independently and in a team.Valid driving license and own vehicle are mandatory.<\/p>\n
