Hybrid working, an on-site caf\u00e9, office sports teams and a team that celebrates wins \u2014 big and small.Skills \/ Experience \/ Qualifications Required:2-3 years experience working in a tax team or tax function\u00a0Customer focussed personality – we are looking for a candidate who is eager to provide support to their clients.\u00a0Fluency in “business” French (written and spoken) is essential – you will be working with clients in France.\u00a0A background or strong interest in tax, VAT, indirect tax, or a legal disciplineStrong Excel and numerical\/mathematical skillsDetail-oriented with a high standard of accuracy in data handlingExcellent communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with clients and tax authoritiesA proactive, eager-to-learn mindset with a genuine enthusiasm for tax technologyExperience or exposure to international tax compliance or multi-jurisdictional environments would be advantageousJob Description:Manage and provide support for a designated portfolio of clients, overseeing their VAT compliance across multiple countries \u2014 often spanning 10 to 20 jurisdictions simultaneouslyProcess, capture and analyse client data to ensure accurate and timely VAT compliancePrepare and file VAT returns, EC Sales Lists (ECSLs), Intrastat reports and other indirect tax submissionsRequest, review and complete the necessary compliance documentation on behalf of clientsPerform VAT compliance checks and conduct technical research to support client requirementsProvide technical VAT support and consultative guidance to clients on their global operationsHandle queries from clients and tax authorities efficiently and professionallyBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and internal team membersSupport audit preparation and coordinate appropriate responsesCollaborate closely with key team members to deliver quality-controlled outcomes for clientsIf the above aligns with your career goals, we look forward to receiving your application.
