\n We are seeking an Accounts Receivables & Bank Reconciliation Team Lead to drive accounts receivable solutions, optimize financial processes, and collaborate across teams to enhance efficiency and deliver impactful business results.Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team in the Accounts Receivables & Bank Reconciliation department.Oversee the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, ensuring compliance and accuracy.Collaborate cross-functionally, develop and implement strategies to streamline processes, contributing to operational efficiency\u00a0in line with\u00a0strategic objectives.Collaborate with stakeholders to drive continuous process improvement and contribute to the achievement of financial goals, as per our agreed SLAs with internal customers (Group companies).Ensure that our financial processes align seamlessly with exceptional customer success.\u00a0ProfileBachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, or ACCA qualification.Strong background in Accounts Receivable, preferably within a Shared Services environment.Proven experience managing teams, with a track record of inspiring and developing people.Proficiency in financial systems and tools.High level of accuracy with a meticulous attention to detail in financial operations.Ability to foster collaboration and promote a customer-first mindset.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.<\/p>\n
