    Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
    Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
    Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented. Willingness to travel within and outside the region.
    Professional certification COREN, PMP, or equivalent is an added advantage.
