    Job Description

    M-P Infrastructure
    is seeking an experienced and results-driven
    Project Manager – Telecom Site Build
    to lead the execution and delivery of telecom site projects.
    Position:
    Key Responsibilities
    Oversee civil and structural works from execution through completion and handover.
    Ensure sites are completed and handed over
    “Ready for Installation”
    in line with SOW and project specifications.
    Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with approved designs.
    Act as the primary point of contact for the Client.
    Prepare and submit weekly/monthly progress reports, meeting minutes, and project dashboards.
    Manage BOQ quantities, variations, and reconciliation with procurement.
    Lead engagement with communities, vendors, landlords, and regulatory bodies.
    Develop project schedules, resource plans, and monitor budgets.
    Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to achieve project milestones.
    Manage project risks, issues, and change requests.
    Ensure compliance with HSE standards and company QA/QC procedures.
    Lead project closeout, including as-built documentation, test reports, handover packs, and securing client sign-off.
    Requirements
    B.Eng / B.Sc
    in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
    10+ years’ experience
    managing telecom, civil, or infrastructure site projects.
    Strong
    telecom/tower site experience
    is highly preferred.
    PMP/PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.
    Good knowledge of
    TSS, foundation works, tower erection, earthing, retaining walls, and fencing
    .
    Strong BOQ management, reporting, commercial, and client management skills.
    Proficiency in
    MS Project and MS Excel
    .
    Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings.

    Responsibilities
    Perform and oversee the repair and maintenance of fixed equipment, including boilers, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, fired heaters, furnaces, reactors, vessels, columns, manual valves, control valves, oxygen service equipment, steam traps, heat tracing systems, and other related equipment.
    Provide hands-on field guidance during critical maintenance activities, major repairs, equipment overhauls, start-up, and commissioning activities.
    Ensure right-first-time execution of maintenance activities and compliance with approved maintenance procedures and standards.
    Serve as the Subject Matter Expert SME for fixed equipment maintenance and provide technical support to maintenance teams.
    Mentor technicians and planners on equipment fundamentals, troubleshooting methodologies, and maintenance best practices.
    Deliver structured On-the-Job Training OJT and coach personnel to strengthen technical competency.
    Work closely with maintenance planners to ensure technically complete work packs, accurate Bills of Materials BOMs, proper spare parts selection, correct job sequencing, tooling availability, and readiness for complex and high-risk maintenance activities.
    Troubleshoot complex equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions to minimize equipment downtime and improve reliability.
    Promote and enforce compliance with safety procedures, EGTL safety requirements, and Operational Excellence principles.
    Coordinate effectively with maintenance teams and other stakeholders by providing clear technical guidance and accurate maintenance reports.
    Participate in maintenance planning, execution, continuous improvement initiatives, and technical reviews.
    Support knowledge transfer and capability development across maintenance teams.
    General Requirements
    Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience as a Subject Matter Expert SME in industrial fixed equipment maintenance.
    Proficiency in repairing and maintaining boilers, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, heaters, furnaces, columns, and manual/control valves.
    Demonstrated hands-on field guidance experience during critical maintenance, major repairs, overhauls, start-up, and commissioning.
    Proven ability to mentor technicians and planners on equipment fundamentals, troubleshooting, and maintenance best practices.
    Experience in developing technically complete work packs, ensuring correct job sequencing, tooling, and accurate BOMs/spares selection.
    Possession of HND / BSc /MSc or equivalent, with certifications like ASME, API, or relevant trade certifications being advantageous.
    More than 10 years of EGTL Plant Fixed Equipment Experience may be considered in lieu of specific certifications.
    Knowledge of EGTL Specific safety orientation, Chevron safety standards, and Operational Excellence culture is essential.
    Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.
    Demonstrated experience in the repair and maintenance of package and process boilers, fired heaters, reactors, vessels, columns, heat exchangers, oxygen service equipment, and steam traps/heat tracing.
    Proven involvement in at least five projects in a similar environment.

    Manage the content calendar, community engagement, and analytics.
    Manage the TSCF website using WordPress, including content updates, user experience UX, and SEO.
    Design communication materials such as reports, flyers, presentations, and infographics.
    Document program activities and beneficiary stories through photographs, videos, and written articles.
    Produce AI-powered animation videos for campaigns and donor engagement.
    Ensure timely and accurate preparation of progress, monitoring, and evaluation reports in line with internal and donor requirements.
    Collaborate with MiracleFeet on the development and review of communication materials for the Clubfoot Program.
    Promote and enhance the visibility of the Foundation’s Clubfoot Program through social media engagement and community networks.
    Support effective communication and coordination between the Foundation and Nigeria Clubfoot partners.
    Qualifications and Experience
    Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Public Health, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
    A minimum of three 3 years’ professional experience in communication, advocacy, or program support, preferably within the NGO or development sector.
    Demonstrated experience in media advocacy campaigns.
    Strong writing, reporting, and documentation skills, with experience preparing donor or program reports.
    Experience working on health, disability, or child-focused programs is an added advantage.
    Familiarity with social media management, digital marketing, website management, and graphic design.
    Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and other similar media production and editing tools.
