Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centred nursing care.
Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff.
Monitor patients’ conditions and respond appropriately to clinical changes.
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
Ensure compliance with infection prevention, quality, and patient safety standards.
Requirements
Registered Nurse RN with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria NMCN practising licence.
Minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification clinical experience in a reputable healthcare facility.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent clinical decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Additional certifications e.g., BLS, ACLS will be an added advantage.
