    About the Role

    We are looking for a talented and innovative **Creative Content Strategist** to lead content creation and digital storytelling for a growing real estate company in Kaduna.
    The ideal candidate understands modern content trends, is comfortable using AI tools, can create compelling videos and graphics, and knows how to build an engaging online presence that generates leads and brand awareness.
    Key Responsibilities
    Develop and execute content strategies across social media platforms
    Create engaging short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
    Design high-quality graphics and marketing materials
    Write compelling captions, scripts, and marketing copy
    Plan and manage content calendars
    Cover property inspections, client testimonials, and company events
    Create content that generates engagement, inquiries, and sales leads
    Monitor content performance and recommend improvements
    Stay updated on social media trends, AI tools, and content marketing innovations
    Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support business objectives
    Requirements
    Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing
    Strong graphic design skills
    Strong video creation and editing skills
    Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
    Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools
    Excellent storytelling and creative thinking abilities
    Strong written and verbal communication skills
    Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
    Good understanding of social media algorithms and content trends
    Preferred Skills:
    Experience creating content for real estate, hospitality, lifestyle, or related industries
    Photography and videography skills
    Experience with Meta Ads and content-driven lead generation
    Knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, Veo, Gemini, or similar platforms

    Key Responsibilities
    Experiments and plans studies to improve crop yields.
    Collect soil, plant, and water samples for analysis.
    Study, assess, and evaluate soil chemistry and soil testing to check for EC and pH values, microbes, soil constituents, and nutrient levels.
    Design a seasonal work schedule based on fertilizer regimen, chemical regimen, and general cultural practices for field representatives.
    Educate team on best practices and ensure standards are maintained on providing professional, best-in-class service to member farmers and monitor compliance
    Collection of Weather data and reporting
    Develop innovative research-based techniques in agronomist functions and programs.
    Monitor crop growth and development and call for adjustments in season
    Scout fields and make agronomic decisions that are best for the crop and the company.
    Assist with agronomic research projects and monitoring experiments
    Participate in training and development activities.
    Contribute to project M&E activities, including designing of monitoring tools, regular fieldwork to collect monitoring data, and preparation of monitoring report
    Perform other duties as assigned
    Minimum Qualification and Experience
    Should be a graduate of Agricultural Science, Crop production, Plant biology, or any science subject with practical experience.
    Experience quantitative and qualitative data and data analysis
    Strong written and oral communication skills in English;
    Strong organizational and planning skills;
    Experience in writing reports and communicating scientific topics to laypeople;
    Willingness and ability to work under tight timelines, and flexibility to engage in multiple projects.
    Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision.
    Experience and ability to work in multicultural settings.
    Excellent ability to communicate orally in English and in Hausa Language.
