Job Summary
The Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring product availability within the assigned territory in the confectionery market.
This role focuses on direct customer engagement, order taking, and supporting the expansion of brand presence. The ideal candidate has experience in FMCG or confectionery sales, strong communication skills, and a results-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities & Accountability
Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on market trends.
Ensure consistent sales performance and meet assigned sales targets.
Manage primary sales activities and ensure product availability and visibility in the market.
Update and adhere to the planned route to ensure thorough market coverage.
Proactively ensure reorders from customers and onboard new customers to expand market reach.
Collect and communicate timely market feedback and competitor insights to management.
Meeting sales target and surpassing it.
Judicious use of SFA platform.
And any other task that may be assigned.

Basic computer skills for reporting and communication.

Route planning and market coverage.
