Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Identify and recruit major distributors for the company’s water heater products within the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key business partners.
Drive market expansion by identifying new business opportunities and increasing product penetration.
Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Monitor distributor performance and provide ongoing support to maximize sales.
Conduct regular market surveys to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging market trends.
Prepare and submit periodic sales and market intelligence reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product availability and excellent customer service.
Represent the company professionally during customer engagements, trade events, and business meetings.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, business development, or distributor management.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding distribution networks.
Experience in the building materials, electrical, home appliances, or related industry will be an added advantage.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Must reside in or be willing to work within the preferred location Ibadan, Ondo, or Kwara State.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Benefits
Salary: N200,000 Monthly
Incentives: Weekly Performance-Based Incentives.
