Sales and Business Development
Deliver sales presentations to understand client needs and successfully close deals.
Implement plans to drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively position offerings.
Ensures product availability and reviews stock levels
Relationship Building and Account Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
Identify customer challenges and ensure satisfaction by providing tailored solutions.
Manage customer accounts effectively to prevent stock-outs and ensure optimal product visibility.
Sales Strategy and Execution
Execute sales strategies in line with management directives.
Track sales activities and monitor market trends to support informed decision-making.
Prepare and submit sales reports to monitor performance and update leadership.
Reporting and Documentation
Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all sales activities.
Provide actionable insights based on sales performance and market feedback.
