    Key Responsibilities
    Construction Material Sourcing: Source, evaluate, and purchase essential building materials cement, rebar, aggregates, asphalt, piping and specialized construction equipment.
    Vendor & Supplier Management: Build and maintain a reliable network of vetted suppliers, sub-contractors, and manufacturers; conduct periodic vendor performance evaluations.

    Requirements & Qualifications
    Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil  Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
    Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of direct procurement and supply chain experience strictly within the construction, civil engineering, or building sector.
    Mandatory
    Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of construction materials, market pricing, local supply chains, and reading Bills of Quantities BOQs.
    Skills: Strong contract negotiation, inventory management, vendor relations, and analytical skills.
    Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP software, or dedicated procurement/inventory management systems.
    Important Note:

    The Tyre Manager will also drive the commercial growth of TYard by expanding tyre sales and services to third-party truck operators and fleet owners while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
    Key Responsibilities
    Tyre Operations:

    Supervise tyre fitting, rotation, balancing, alignment, repairs, retreading, and replacements for heavy-duty vehicles.

    At least a ear experience in a supervisory or management role overseeing tyre operations.
