    Job Description

    Job Summary:
    We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Consultant, Accounts and Tax, to provide high-quality accounting and tax advisory services to both the firm and its clients. The ideal candidate will manage tax computations, statutory remittances, financial reporting, and client relations, while ensuring full compliance with Nigerian tax regulations.
    Key Responsibilities:
    Prepare monthly budgets, trial balances, comparative financial statements, and bank reconciliation statements for clients and the company.
    Liaise with clients to obtain necessary financial data for timely reporting and analysis.
    Handle company and client tax matters including WHT, VAT, PAYE, and CIT computations, remittances, and returns.
    Conduct audits and prepare accounts from incomplete records where necessary.
    Maintain updated knowledge of tax laws, policies, and regulatory changes, and advise clients accordingly.
    Train and develop junior staff and clients in accounting and tax-related areas.
    Visit clients periodically to provide on-site accounting or tax support.
    Collaborate with the Client Services Manager on business planning and cost estimation projects.
    Supervise Associate Consultants to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
    Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
    Requirements:
    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
    Professional accounting qualification ACA mandatory.
    Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in accounting, auditing, and tax practice, preferably within a consulting or professional services firm.
    In-depth knowledge of Nigerian tax laws and compliance requirements PAYE, WHT, VAT, and CIT.
    Proficiency in accounting software e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, or Tally and advanced Excel skills.
    Proven experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements, budgets, and reconciliations.
    Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
    Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective client management.
    High integrity, attention to detail, and respect for confidentiality.
    Experience delivering training in accounting and taxation will be an added advantage.

    Job Summary
    The Warehouse Coordinator will oversee warehouse operations for lubricants, batteries, and inverter products, ensuring accurate inventory, efficient receiving and dispatch, ERP documentation, warehouse organization, and compliance with company policies and HSE standards.
    Key Responsibilities
    Coordinate daily warehouse operations, receiving, storage, and dispatch.
    Maintain inventory accuracy through stock reconciliation, cycle counts, and stock taking.
    Ensure proper product storage and FIFO compliance.
    Manage warehouse documentation, ERP transactions, and inventory reports.
    Maintain warehouse cleanliness and ensure HSE compliance.

    Qualifications & Experience
    OND/ HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field HND preferred.
    2–4 years of warehouse or inventory experience.

    Proficiency in ERP inventory management.

    Job Summary
    We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Trainer to deliver technical training to technicians, service advisors, and workshop controllers on the diagnosis, repair, maintenance, and proper handling of all Kia models, including Electric Vehicles EV, Hybrid, and CNG vehicles.
    Qualifications
    B.Sc. Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
    Professional automotive certifications will be an added advantage.
    OEM technical certifications and trainer certifications are preferred.
    Minimum of 2–3 years of technical training experience within an OEM, distributor, dealership, or automotive training institution.
    Minimum of 5–7 years of automotive technical experience.
    Experience working with EV, Hybrid, and CNG vehicles is highly desirable.
    Knowledge & Skills:
    Strong knowledge of automotive systems and vehicle technology.
    Proficiency in the use of automotive diagnostic tools.
    Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
