    Job Description

    Responsibilities
    Check figures, postings, and documents for correctness, mathematical accuracy, and proper record from all the hotel departments.
    Support Audit & Compliance A&C Manager to audit all the hotel departments to ensure proper control as it relates to finance and inventory.
    Build a strong compliance environment to ensure zero level of policy, procedures and regulatory infractions.
    Examine re-occurring and non-re-occurring expenditures and financial control systems.
    Liaise with the Accounts Department and consultant in harmonizing prices of Food & Beverage products for sale.
    Ensuring sales reports and records are accurate and reliable.
    Identifying faulty processes and procedures and give advice on adjustments.
    Preparing Audit Reports and recommendations for the A&C Manager’s review
    Liaising with the Hotel Manager and presenting findings and recommendations.
    Work with the A&C Manager to build strong awareness on all policy and procedure issues; zero tolerance for un-reviewed transactions and income leakages.
    Collating, checking and analyzing stock and purchase items.
    Establish and maintain a database for food and beverage inventory stock including up-to-date pricing.
    Coordinate, attend and monitor all food and beverage physical inventories to ensure accuracy.
    Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion and cost control measures.
    Requirements
    B.Sc. Degree in
    Accounting
    or Finance.
    2 – 3years proven working experience as Internal Audit Officer In the hospitality Sector Hotel
    Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
    Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations
    High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
    Sound independent judgement
    Candidates for the advertised positions will require extensive experience working in quality hotels.
    Applicants must be computer literate, have excellent communication skills and of good personality.
    Candidates should be resident in Lagos.

    Lead and manage all aspects of food and beverage operations including but not limited to kitchen, restaurants, bars, banquet, outdoor catering, room service pool operation, and other recreation activities.
    Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
    Create innovative menus that align with market trends, dietary preferences, and company standards.
    Monitor and control food and beverage costs, inventory levels and control, and purchasing to ensure financial targets are met.
    Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service.
    Train staff monthly, and motivate F&B staff, ensuring they deliver exceptional service and adhere to company policies.
    Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
    Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, as well as liquor licensing laws.
    Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction, address complaints, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
    Work closely with other departments such as sales, marketing, and finance to achieve company goals and objectives.
    Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and reports to track financial performance and make informed decisions.
    Coordinate and oversee special events, banquets, and conferences, ensuring flawless execution and guest satisfaction.
    Develop and execute sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and attract new customers.
    Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and special events.
    Ensure a maximum of 35% on food cost and 25% on beverage cost
    Ensure wastage control all the time.
    Lead departmental briefing and debriefing section daily.
    Qualifications
    HND / BSc in Hotel Management
    Diploma or/and Certificate in Food and Beverage category in the related field
    3-5 years working experience as a Food and Beverage Manager
    Proficiency in communication and math skills
    Ability to work in a team and supervise the subordinates
    Quick decision-making skills
    Guest oriented, outgoing and service minded
    Proficiency in the use of micros and other application program.

    This is a hands-on role for someone who is equal parts designer, animator, and creative technologist.
    Key Responsibilities
    Graphic Design:
    Design on-brand assets for social media, paid campaigns, web, email, presentations, event collateral, and sales enablement.
    Own layout, typography, colour, and composition across formats, ensuring consistency with Youverify’s brand guidelines.
    Produce marketing collateral such as reports, one-pagers, infographics, banners, and pitch decks.
    Iterate quickly on concepts and adapt master designs into multiple sizes and channels.
    Motion Graphics Design:
    Create motion graphics, short-form video, animated explainers, product demos, and social video content.
    Animate logos, UI, icons, and typography to bring the brand to life across digital touchpoints.
    Handle the end-to-end motion workflow: storyboarding, animation, editing, sound, and export for each platform.
    Repurpose static campaigns into engaging animated formats for social and paid media.
    AI-Driven Creative:
    Use AI tools e.g., generative image, video, and design platforms to accelerate ideation, concepting, and production.
    Build and refine prompts, styles, and reusable workflows that scale creative output while keeping it on-brand.
    Stay ahead of emerging AI creative tools and recommend how the team should adopt them.
    Combine AI-generated elements with hands-on craft to produce polished, original, brand-safe work

    Requirements
    3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design and motion graphics, with a strong portfolio spanning both.
    Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
    Proficiency in industry-standard tools: Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro and/or Figma.
    Demonstrated, hands-on use of AI creative tools in real production work please include examples in your portfolio.
    Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, typography, colour theory, layout, and brand systems.
    Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work at pace under deadlines.
    Excellent collaboration and communication skills; comfortable taking creative direction and giving it.
    Experience designing for SaaS, fintech, or regulated/technology-led brands.
    Basic 3D, illustration, or web animation skills.

    Participates in programs that may be independent of or integrated with other parts of delivery systems involved in tele-monitoring of patients with designated medical conditions designed to respond to telemonitoring data and integrate with patient’s care.
