Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Attend to customers and understand their request
Recommend suitable products based on customers’ preferences and budgets.
Actively promote products and drive sales.
Process customer orders and ensure accurate delivery of products.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers to generate repeat business.
Maintain proper records of sales and customer transactions.
Keep the retail space and product displays neat and attractive.
Work with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and product demand.
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues where necessary.
Requirements
B.Sc. Degree, OND or HND qualification in any relevant field.
Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or a related role is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused and approachable personality.
Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
Good organisational and record-keeping skills.
Must be willing to work 6 days a week.
