Job Summary
The Creative Lead is responsible for the creative quality, storytelling direction, and content development of our media productions.
Working within the Production Department, the Creative Lead ensures that all projects align with the company’s creative standards while collaborating with operations, production teams, and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Creative Direction:
Lead creative development for all projects.
Develop concepts, narratives, and creative strategies.
Ensure consistency of brand identity across productions.
Approve creative outputs before delivery.
Content Development:
Guide script development.
Oversee storyboarding and creative planning.
Develop innovative content ideas.
Lead brainstorming and ideation sessions.
Production Collaboration:
Work closely with producers and project managers.
Provide creative guidance throughout production.
Review content during pre-production, production, and post-production.
Team Leadership:
Manage creative personnel and freelancers.
Mentor emerging creatives.
Conduct creative reviews and feedback sessions.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure all outputs meet professional standards.
Maintain creative excellence across projects.
Review final deliverables before client submission.

Client approval rate
Audience engagement performance
Project creative delivery timelines
Brand consistency score.
Requirements
Degree in Film, Media, Communications, Creative Arts, or related fields
2+ years of creative leadership experience.
Strong portfolio in media production.
Expertise in storytelling, content creation, and creative direction.
