Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Private Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the premises.
The role requires a strong focus on keeping the compound neat, tidy, and well‑maintained, while following specific instructions from Madam.
Responsibilities
Perform daily cleaning tasks to ensure the compound and premises remain hygienic and presentable.
Sweep, mop, and scrub designated areas including outdoor and indoor spaces.
Dispose of waste properly and maintain a clean environment.
Carry out assigned duties strictly in line with Madam’s instructions.
Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
Ensure cleaning supplies are used efficiently and safely.
Requirements
Minimum of secondary school education SSCE or equivalent.
Prior experience in domestic or compound cleaning preferred.
Basic knowledge of safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Proven experience as a cleaner or in a similar role.
Ability to follow instructions carefully and work independently.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Physical stamina to handle cleaning tasks for extended hours.
Trustworthy, punctual, and respectful in conduct.
Working Conditions:
Working Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday to Saturday.
Reporting Line: Directly to Madam.
