Responsibilities
Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems.
Install, configure, and support hardware desktops, laptops, printers, VoIP phones and software applications.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory and other identity management systems.
Oversee network security, including firewalls, antivirus solutions, and patch management.
Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery testing.
Support cloud-based services e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, AWS, or Azure.
Document IT processes, configurations, and troubleshooting guides for internal use.
Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve escalated technical issues.
Provide responsive, empathetic, and solution-focused end-user support—both onsite and remotely.
