Job Description
Summary
We are seeking an experienced Aftersales Specialist to support our renewable energy business by providing technical support, troubleshooting, and aftersales service for solar energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical aftersales support for solar products and systems.
Diagnose and resolve customer technical issues.
Coordinate maintenance and warranty support activities.
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and fault diagnosis of solar systems.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or related Engineering field.
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the solar/renewable energy industry.
Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and energy storage solutions.
Experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer support.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
