    Job Description

    Key Responsibilities
    Plan & Supervise Operations: Run cleanout assemblies, scrapers, brushes, junk baskets, and jetting tools on location.
    Rig Up & Test: Prepare, inspect, and drift tool assemblies while overseeing correct make-up torque and space-out calculations.
    Troubleshoot & Optimize: Monitor downhole tool performance and fix operational issues on the rig.
    Safety & Compliance: Follow strict Health, Safety, and Environment HSE policies during all rig site phases.
    Reporting: Draft daily service tickets, pipe tallies, and end-of-well technical reports for clients.
    Requirements & Qualifications
    Education:Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
    Soft Skills: Problem-solving under pressure and clear communication with rig crews and company representatives
    Experience:Usefulhands-on oilfield experience in wellbore cleanup, drilling, or completion operations will be an added advantage.

  • Tools Workshop Engineer (Welbore Cleaning Tools)

    Job Description

    Key Responsibilities
    Maintenance & Redressing: Disassemble, clean, inspect, and redress wellbore cleanup tools scrapers, brushes, debris baskets, circulating subs after field runs.
    Quality Control: Perform drift testing, dimensional measurements, and pressure tests on tool assemblies to confirm integrity.
    Preparation & Loadout: Prepare equipment, accessories, and consumables for safe and timely loadout to land or offshore rigs.
    Inventory Management: Track spare parts, track tool usage, and maintain accurate workshop inventory records.
    Technical Support: Assist operations teams with tool configurations, make-up torque specifications, and technical troubleshooting.
    HSE Compliance: Follow and promote safe workshop practices, including proper lifting, pressure testing safety, and hazardous material handling.
    Requirements & Qualifications
    Education: Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
    Experience: Good hands-on experience with oilfield downhole tools, specifically wellbore cleanup or intervention equipment is an added advantage
    Technical Skills: Good knowledge of downhole mechanics, assembly drawings, thread connections, and workshop testing equipment will be an added advantage
    Soft Skills: Good problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication to coordinate with yard and offshore personnel.
