We are seeking an experienced, analytical, and results-driven Finance & Account Manager to provide strategic financial leadership, strengthen financial controls, and support the Group’s continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Finance and Accounts function across the Group.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow.
Ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
Supervise accounting operations, reconciliations, and statutory remittances.
Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and treasury activities.
Coordinate external audits and liaise with tax and regulatory authorities.
Develop and implement financial policies, controls, and reporting systems.
Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to Executive Management.
Monitor business performance and recommend cost optimization initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
ACA or ACCA qualification is mandatory.
Minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Experience in the healthcare sector will be an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of IFRS, taxation, budgeting, financial reporting, and internal controls.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
