Responsibilities
As a team leader for a recovery officer job, your duties will include:
Supervising and coordinating the activities of the recovery team.
Setting performance goals and targets for team members.
Providing training and guidance to team members on recovery processes and techniques.
Monitoring the progress of recovery efforts and ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
Handling escalated cases and resolving conflicts within the team.

Developing strategies to optimize recovery processes and increase efficiency.
Ensuring that all recovery activities are conducted ethically and in accordance with legal requirements.
