About the Role
We’re looking for a warm, creative, and patient Early Childhood Educator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Plan & Teach: Develop age-appropriate lesson plans that cover literacy, numeracy, art, music, and physical play
Create a Safe Space: Maintain a nurturing, clean, and engaging classroom environment
Child Development: Observe and track each child’s progress, and support social, emotional, and cognitive growth
Parent Communication: Share regular updates with the School Administration and hold meetings when needed.
Classroom Management: Guide positive behavior and model respect, curiosity, and teamwork
Collaboration: Work with other teachers and admin staff to run school programs, events, and assessments
What We’re Looking For
Education: NCE, OND, or B.Ed in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related field
Experience: 1-3 years teaching in a nursery/preschool setting preferred
Skills: Creativity, patience, excellent communication, and classroom management
Must-haves: Love for children, energy, reliability, and basic first-aid knowledge is a plus
Bonus: Experience with Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or play-based curricula.
