Job Description
Key Responsibility Areas:
Define product strategy, vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.
Lead end-to-end product development and launches across cross-functional teams.
Identify market opportunities through customer insights, research and competitive analysis.
Monitor product adoption, revenue, customer satisfaction and profitability.
Use data and analytics to drive product irnprovements and custorner engagement.
Partner with Compliance, IT and Operations to manage regulatory, operational and technology risks.
Develop product business cases, budgets, forecasts and performance reports for management.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or a related field
Minimum 5 years post-nysc experience in product management, preferably in fintech, banking or financial services.
Strong knowledge of product management, digital banking, ux, market research and financial products.
Excellent strategic thinking, communication, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Master’s degree or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
