Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of properties
Conduct periodic property inspections, inventories, and tenancy check-ins/outs
Liaise with landlords and contractors to handle maintenance requests
Manage rent reviews, arrears, and tenancy renewals
Ensure compliance with all the procedures
Advise landlords on property condition and tenancy issues, and maintain transparent communication
Implement approved procedures to ensure orderly, efficient workflow
Coordinate portfolio activities, prepare periodic and annual reports on the financial and operational performance of managed properties
Build and maintain strong working relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
Gather market intelligence for overall strategic operations
Confirm all documentations are completed and appropriately logged
Manage residents courteously and maintain the Firm’s client service standards
Liaise with government agencies to ensure compliance with estate laws, payment of dues, and regulatory obligations
Professionally represent the company at all times
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications / Experience
BSc Degree in Estate Management, Certification or registration with relevant professional/regulatory bodies is an advantage.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in property/facility management.
