    Role Overview
    We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Junior Accountant to support the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with internal financial procedures.
    The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of accounting principles, be proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Key Responsibilities
    Record daily financial transactions accurately and maintain proper accounting records.
    Assist with bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
    Process invoices, payments, and receipts while maintaining accurate documentation.
    Assist in payroll preparation and statutory deductions where required.
    Prepare monthly financial reports and schedules for management review.
    Assist during internal and external audits by providing required financial documentation.
    Requirements
    Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
    1–3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, Tally, or similar ERP systems.
    Knowledge of Nigerian tax regulations and statutory remittances is an added advantage.

    Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Projects to lead its construction division and oversee the successful execution of all construction and infrastructure projects.
    The successful candidate will provide strategic, technical, and operational leadership while ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
    This role requires a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience managing large-scale projects, leading multidisciplinary teams, and driving operational excellence across the project lifecycle.
    Key Responsibilities
    Provide strategic leadership for the construction division and oversee project execution.
    Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary project teams.
    Drive operational excellence and continuous process improvement.
    Oversee the planning and successful delivery of construction and infrastructure projects.
    Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
    Monitor project performance and mitigate risks proactively.
    Lead cost planning, budgeting, and financial control across projects.
    Review project valuations, claims, variations, and profitability.
    Ensure effective cost optimization and commercial performance.
    Manage government and institutional construction projects.
    Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and contractual obligations.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies and key stakeholders.
    Oversee tendering, procurement, and contract administration.
    Lead contract negotiations and vendor management.
    Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and regulatory standards.
    Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
    Qualifications & Experience
    Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
    MBA or Master’s degree is a strong advantage.
    Professional certifications such as PMP, NIQS and COREN are highly required.
    Minimum of 12 years’ experience with at least 3-4 years in a senior leadership role.
    Proven track record managing large-scale, multi-billion-naira projects.
    Demonstrated experience leading Government and institutional projects, competitive tendering and bidding processes, multi-disciplinary construction teams.
