    Job Description

    Summary
    We require the services of result-oriented, diligent and experienced individuals to grow with its team as Network Infrastructure Manager.
    Job Responsibilities in Summary
    Oversee the performance of a wide range of network administration duties, including installations, debugging, maintenance, upgrades and general support for Routers, Switches, Servers, Access Points, Printers and general network-enabled devices.
    Manage helpdesk and provide first level technical assistance to staff in line with predefined policies and procedures and maintain the network infrastructure of the organisation.
    Ensure the setup and maintenance of employee’s telephone system, active directory accounts, exchange mailboxes, remote access security, network file storage and other appropriate systems.
    Oversee the management and troubleshooting of network and internet connectivity throughout the organisation.
    Ensure proactive monitoring of all network devices, services and server using a combination of tools to ensure high availability.
    Recommend new technology that benefits the employees of the organisation.
    Ensure periodic activity reports are prepared for the Head, Information Technology.
    Major Requirements
    B.Sc./HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or any other related field.
    Minimum of ten years’ relevant experience in Network Infrastructure Management.
    Professional Certifications in CCNP, MCSE, RHCA, ITIL V4 Foundation or equivalents.
    Proven strong experience in designing, implementing, managing and optimising enterprise network infrastructure and data centre networks.
    Salary
    N40,000,000 – N60,000,000 annually.

    Job Responsibilities in Summary
    Advise the company on IT upgrades and acquisitions, based on emerging technologies, and collaborate with business function to identify IT requirements and acquire technology solutions in line with overall corporate and business strategy.
    Oversee and ensure the articulation and development of overall IT strategy and ensure alignment with the Company’s corporate strategy, business goals and objectives.
    Establish IT governance frameworks for IT project management, service management, enterprise architecture, information security, quality assurance and service assurance and service performance management.
    Oversee the design, implementation and maintenance of the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning ERP to facilitate efficient business operations.
    Develop business case for implementing new IT business solutions aimed at improving the achievement of business objectives and present recommendations to relevant internal stakeholders.
    Oversee the design and implementation of a disaster recovery plan and system that always ensure timely and continuous system and network availability throughout the company.
    Basic Requirements
    B.Sc./HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or any other related field.
    Minimum of twelve years’ relevant experience in Information Technology, with at least four years in a managerial role.
    Professional certifications, such as CCIE, CCNP, MCSE, RHCA, CISSP or post-graduate qualification in Information Technology is an added advantage.
    Proven strong experience in managing the IT function of an organisation.
    Reward System
    Salary is N60m-N75m gross per annum.

    is seeking diligent, honest, entrepreneurial and high-performing individuals as Outlet Supervisors.
    in Summary
    Oversee daily operations, opening/closing procedures, and cleanliness standards for both the main store and the campus kiosk.
    Schedule, train, and motivate cashiers and scoopers to deliver seamless customer service.
    Meticulously monitor freezer temperatures, manage product transfers to the campus kiosk without breaking the cold chain, and minimize waste.
    Reconcile daily cash and POS transactions, manage stock levels against sales and ensure zero variance.
    Maintain high brand standards for walk-in families at the main branch, while ensuring rapid, efficient service queues for students during short campus breaks.
    Major Requirements
    HND/B.Sc./B.Tech in Food Science, Microbiology, Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
    Minimum of two years’ supervisor experience in a Quick Service Restaurant QSR, hospitality or retail environment ideally handling perishable food or dairy products.
    Strong arithmetic and cash reconciliation skills and proficiency with retail POS systems and sharp inventory tracking.
    Ability and willingness to manage time and commute efficiently between the main outlet and the campus.
    Firm leadership style, excellent communication skills, and an uncompromising stance on hygiene and food safety.
