Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business growth strategies.
Identify and secure new business opportunities.
Design and optimize production chemical programmes.
Lead and develop field engineers and chemists.
Drive full utilization of installed blending capacity.
Support customers through technical diagnostics and field trials.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
Build and manage strategic customer relationships.
Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure profitable project delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience in production chemicals, oilfield services, or industrial lubricants.
Strong knowledge of production chemistry, asset integrity, and production optimization.
Proven business development and key account management experience.
Excellent analytical, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Strong commercial acumen backed by technical expertise.
