    Job Purpose / Objective
    Manage the full contract lifecycle from pre-award to post-award execution.
    Key Responsibilities
    Pre-award contract documentation (Part A, Part B, Red-thread documentation, Award close out template) including review of business needs.
    Providing support for managing the e-procurement process (NiPEX)
    Providing support for bid evaluation
    Managing communication management plan for tendering process (managing engagement with JV partners and regulators)
    Data management and analysis for use in developing negotiation strategy for negotiation when applicable in putting a contract in place and proper documentation of contract release requirements in company document repository.
    Drive team performance management:
    Development of team performance monitoring matrix
    Monitoring delivery via use of MS tools (Excel)
    Organization of cadence meetings to track delivery and highlight performance gaps for prompt
    intervention.
    Performance Management:
    Developed and implemented a team performance monitoring matrix.
    Tracked delivery using tools such as Contrack and PACM.
    Delivered measurable team savings through EnhanceX.
    Organized cadence meetings to monitor progress and address performance gaps proactively.
    Responsible for SC Planning activities. Work together with the SC Planning Team to ensure all planned activities in SC especially when there is a planned Audit etc
    Post award contract management:
    Management of the contract release process to ensure compliance
    Management of BPRs, ensuring HSSE plans, and contract plans are in place etc
    Management of contract variation process.
    Contract close out at the end of life of contracts
    Contracts board: Alternate as MCB, CRB & CCB Secretary to ensure an effective Board
    Session and ensure all close out of directives
    Organize board review sessions
    Itemize actions from board sessions and follow up with presenters for prompt close out
    Ensure compliance with board charter and directives to ensure responsible and ethical
    procurement.
    Managing GM SC activities, Calendar and SC LT activities as maybe required
    Qualifications / Experience
    Business or Engineering degree
    Relevant supply chain contracting experience

    Previous experience in five-star hotels, luxury restaurants, premium hospitality brands, or internationally recognized restaurant chains.
    Proven record of increasing revenue and improving guest satisfaction.
    Experience managing multicultural teams.
