    Accuracy and attention to detail.
    Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks/projects.
    Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

    Monitor real-time order status and proactively communicate updates or delays to the sales team and customers.
    Cross-Functional Coordination
    Act as the primary liaison between the Sales team, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure smooth workflow and information flow.
    Coordinate with the warehouse team to confirm stock availability, allocate inventory, and prioritize picking and packing schedules.
    Work with logistics partners to schedule deliveries, optimize routes, and resolve last-mile delivery issues.
    Facilitate daily operations huddles to align on priorities, exceptions, and urgent customer requests.
    Process Optimization & Reporting
    Identify bottlenecks in the order-to-delivery process and recommend improvements to reduce lead times and errors.
    Maintain and update order tracking dashboards, providing daily/weekly reports on order status, fulfillment rates, and delivery performance.
    Track key performance indicators KPIs such as order accuracy, on-time delivery, backlog levels, and return rates.
    Partner with IT and operations teams to enhance system automation and data flow between CRM, WMS, and TMS platforms.
    Customer Experience Support
    Resolve order-related escalations from the sales team, including stock discrepancies, damaged goods, and delivery rescheduling.
    Ensure all post-sales documentation invoices, delivery notes, waybills is accurate and properly filed.
    Support the sales team with real-time inventory visibility to enable accurate customer commitments.
    Qualifications & Requirements
    Education
    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
    Experience
    Minimum
    3–5 years
    of experience in sales operations, order management, supply chain coordination, or logistics, preferably within the
    home appliances, FMCG, or retail distribution
    sector.
