Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Sales
Customer Acquisition: Identify and engage prospective customers, promote the organisation’s services, and actively seek opportunities to grow the customer base.
Target Achievement: Work towards meeting and exceeding individual and departmental customer service, sales, or operational targets as assigned.
Customer Service
Client Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in person, providing accurate information on products, services, policies, and processes.
Issue Resolution: Log, track, and resolve customer complaints or requests to achieve first-contact resolution where possible. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department and follow up until closure.
Customer Retention: Maintain a courteous, empathetic, and professional approach to build customer trust, enhance satisfaction, and foster long-term relationships
Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and strengthen positive working relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners to enhetic, and professional approach to build customer trust, enhance satisfaction, and foster long-term relationships.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, ensuring all documentation is complete and up to date.
Administrative Support
Records & Filing:Prepare, organise, and maintain both physical and digital records, files, correspondence, and other administrative documents.
Data Entry & Reporting: Input and verify data accurately. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on customer interactions, loan status, attendance, inventory, or other assigned operational activities.
