    Job Description

    Key Responsibilities
    Supervise daily operations of all utility systems including boilers, compressors, chillers, generators, water treatment plants, and HVAC systems.
    Ensure continuous and efficient supply of utilities to support production activities.
    Monitor equipment performance and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
    Lead and coordinate a team of technicians and operators.
    Troubleshoot utility-related issues and implement timely solutions to minimize downtime.
    Maintain accurate records of utility consumption, maintenance activities, and system performance.
    Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
    Support energy efficiency initiatives and cost reduction strategies.
    Liaise with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance or repairs.
    Participate in audits and inspections as required.
    Requirements
    Educational Qualification: HND in Mechanical Engineering or any related Engineering discipline.
    Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in utility operations within an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
    Strong knowledge of industrial utility systems (steam, compressed air, water systems, refrigeration, power generation).
    Familiarity with maintenance planning and execution.
    Good leadership and team management skills.
    Basic knowledge of health, safety, and environmental practices.
    Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems is an advantage.

    The Senior Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that drive brand equity, market share, consumer engagement, and profitable growth across the company’s portfolio. T
    he role leads the planning and implementation of integrated marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent brand positioning across all channels, including sales, on-trade, modern trade, and open market.
    Working closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Digital Marketing, Consumer Insights, and external agencies, the Senior Brand Manager ensures that all brand activities deliver measurable business results and strengthen the company’s competitive position within the wines and spirits market.
    Key Responsibilities
    Develop and execute brand strategies to increase brand equity, market share, and revenue growth.
    Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
    Drive consumer awareness, engagement, and brand visibility across all marketing channels.
    Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
    Manage brand budgets and evaluate campaign performance to maximize return on marketing investment (ROI).
    Develop creative briefs and manage relationships with advertising, media, digital, and activation agencies to ensure high-quality campaign execution.
    Lead the development and execution of sponsorships, events, and experiential marketing initiatives that enhance brand equity.
    Collaborate closely with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to ensure effective execution of brand initiatives across Modern Trade, General Trade, and On-Trade (HORECA) channels.
    Track brand performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
    Mentor and support junior members of the brand team while contributing to the overall marketing strategy of the business.

    Requirements
    Education:

    Experience in Wines & Spirits or Beverage FMCG is highly preferred.
    Proven track record of developing successful brand strategies and delivering commercial growth.
