Job Description
Create highly engaging digital videos, photos, reels and graphics.
Manage Linkedin, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.
Generate leads for account opening, loans, deposits and convert to sales.
Collaborate with the marketing and other teams to maintain brand consistency.
Plan and execute content calendars.
Engage customers and manage inquiries.
Maintain accurate logs of digital customer interactions and feedback.
Track brand performance and report insights to management.
Stay ahead of trends, sounds and digital content strategies.
Requirements
HND/BSC in Marketing, Brand Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a digital marketing or social media role.
Proficiency with social media platforms, Google Analytics, Meta Insights, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Capcut, and other content creation tools.
Good knowledge of social media, content, and market trends.
Creative thinker, organized and detail-oriented.
