This is a
100% remote
role for confident, relationship-driven individuals who enjoy networking, creating opportunities, and converting conversations into event bookings.
No previous sales or event experience is required
—we value attitude, communication skills, and ambition.
What You’ll Do
Source and attract qualified event clients.
Build and nurture client relationships.
Follow up on leads and generate referrals.
Book consultations with the Gray Events team.
Maintain accurate prospect records.
Meet monthly performance targets.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated.
Strong networking and relationship-building ability.
Active on social media platforms.
Able to work independently.
Compensation
Performance Salary:
₦150,000/month
performance-based
Commission on every confirmed booking.
