Job Purpose
The Head of Risk Management is responsible for establishing, implementing, and overseeing an enterprise-wide risk management framework that identifies, assesses, mitigates, and monitors risks across the organization.
The role ensures the organization operates within acceptable risk appetite while supporting strategic growth, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
Master’s degree MBA or relevant field is an added advantage
Professional certifications such as FRM, CRM, PRM, or CFA preferred
10–15 years’ experience in risk management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Experience within manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.
