Job Description
Job Summary
The Sales Team Lead will supervise sales representatives, coordinate daily field activities, monitor performance, ensure excellent customer service, and support the achievement of sales targets.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma HND in any relevant discipline.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales supervision or team leadership.
Experience in the mobile phone, electronics, electrical, accessories, or solar industry is highly desirable.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
