Are you a compliance professional who builds functions that protect and enable a business, not one that slows it down? We are looking for a dedicated Compliance & Standards personnel in the Supply Chain – Logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities
Own the company’s trade and port compliance posture across all regulatory obligations
Manage quality and management system standards across the business
Drive internal/external ethical trade compliance across all clients, local & international.
Lead the internal audit programme across all departments
Oversee transport and third-party logistics compliance
Maintain senior-level relationships with government regulatory agencies
Manage one direct report with scope to grow the team
Requirements
Minimum 8 years in compliance, regulatory, or quality management roles in supply chain logistics.
Minimum 4 years at the management level with direct reports
Experience in trade, logistics, or a port-adjacent environment
Demonstrated ability to enforce compliance standards across senior stakeholders
Hands-on management system and audit experience
Active working relationships with relevant government regulatory bodies
BSc/HND minimum; postgraduate in compliance or a related field is an advantage
