Job Description
Job Summary
Koolboks seeks Field Sales Agent to market and sell its products within designated locations.
The role involves customer prospecting, field visits, lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales while maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers within assigned territories.
Promote and sell Koolboks products to individuals and businesses.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits to customers.
Generate leads and follow up on prospects to close sales.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
Meet assigned sales targets and performance expectations.
Keep records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
Provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
Participate in sales campaigns, product activations, and other promotional activities.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any discipline.
At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related role.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to persuade customers and close sales.
Ability to work independently and manage assigned locations effectively.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Willingness to travel within assigned territories when required.
