Job Description
Are you a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Advisor who is willing to work with a brand and a flexible working environment, then join our team.
Ability to identify and engage prospective clients through networking, referrals, and other marketing activities.
Assess clients’ financial needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
Promote life insurance, education savings, retirement, investment, and protection plans.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Provide excellent after-sales service, including policy reviews and claims support.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Participate in training sessions, meetings, and professional development activities.
Job Requirement:
Minimum of OND/HND/Bsc in any discipline
