    We are seeking a highly skilled Crane Manager to oversee heavy-duty crane operations across our PH and Lagos sites.

    Responsibilities
    Manage fleet of heavy-duty cranes (mobile, tower, crawler) ensuring safety and uptime.
    Source, negotiate, and close crane rental/contract deals with industrial clients.

    Enforce compliance with Nigerian safety standards and site-specific protocols.

    Requirements
    B.Sc. in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Or Structural preferred).
    Minimum of 5+ years’ experience managing heavy-duty cranes (≥100-ton capacity).
    Proven track record in sourcing and closing crane deals (rentals/sales).
    Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
    Willingness to work ONSITE in Port Harcourt and Lagos (travel between sites required).
