Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Factory Operations Manager to oversee daily factory operations, drive production efficiency, ensure quality standards, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily factory operations across production, quality, maintenance, inventory, and facilities.
Ensure production targets, quality standards, and operational KPIs are achieved.
Monitor production efficiency, inventory control, and equipment performance.
Lead, coach, and develop factory teams while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
Prepare operational reports and implement process improvements.
Requirements
OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Food Science, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, food processing, bakery, packaging, or similar production environment.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
Hands-on experience managing factory operations and production teams.

N270,000 Monthly.
